"Re: Can customers with cancelled orders still leave feedback?" posted by ~Ray

I undergo this problem buyer.  He had a problem with his address and I asked him via email serveral times (at least 4 seperate emails) to clear up the problem.  After serveral days he did not respond. Because the item I was shipping was valuable and heavy so it was pretty costly to ship. I did not be to risk something happening to the item so I cancelled the order and refunded his money. About 2 weeks later he emailed with a very rude response because I cancelled the request. From his reponse I can see he did not even previous emails but I know he got them because he emailed me directly (and did not use the AMAZON contact page). I emailed him back explaining why I could not displace the request.  Can he still get me bad feedback about this transaction?  I undergo been very lucky on Amazon and had never had a problem buyer before. I guess it was just a be of measure. Unfortunately. I evaluate you've probably witnessed the answer to that question on your feedback.:( I'm sorry you had problems with this buyer. You have otherwise perfect feedback and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from you based on this one feedback. I would normally declare you telecommunicate him asking for removal but this person has already proven not to be responsive so I'm not sure it would do you any good. Mary At this point you can affix a reply to the feedback you received stating the air you had and that you attempted in good faith to resolve it by emailing the buyer but received no reply. You can also email the buyer apologizing for the affect (not necessarily to take the accuse) and explain what the air was and that you tried in good faith to contact him/her to end it but did not acquire an say and canceled the order in worry that it may not reach him/her. "Several attempts were made to contact the buyer regarding a problem with the address provided on the request. When we received no response we had no choice but to cancel the order and issue a full pay. We regret the misunderstanding." Just an FYI: When Amazon confirms an order they provide the buyer with the seller's e-send communicate. He can also e-mail you by hitting "reply" on his confirmation from Amazon. > If you undergo a conventional account yes. If you have> a Seller Central account no. Really? I wasn't aware of this.. I've seen negative feedback for canceled orders on seller central accounts in the past.. perhaps those sellers charged and then refunded? Mary
